At Boogzel Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aesthetic wardrobe; if you are not happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original bags and include the printed returns form or your original packing slip inside.

  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
